Loctite® 300D Benchtop Robot System

The Loctite 300 D-Series Dispensing Robot, IDH 1597107, has a 300 x 300 x 100 mm range of operation (X,Y,Z) and has features and accessories that are custom tailored for adhesive dispensing processess. This low-cost benchtop robot has 3-axis control and 120 VAC or 220 VAC operation with a 24 VDC output signal.

Programming

Simple to program using either a multi-line backlit Loctite® Teach Pendant with user-friendly prompts. The program allows for continuous path motion and automatically interpolates any line or arc in all axes.

The manual provides step-by-step instructions for programming the robot. No previous experience is required.

The specially designed, easy-to-use Teach Pendant is the preferred device for programming and operating the robot.
