Our range of Chemical for PWBs/PCBA Industries are :

1. FluxKleen SA101 (Recommended). Semi-aqueous flux remover, to remove fluxes ( RA, RMA & No-clean-Lead or unlead) on PCB, PWB, Hybrids, power modules, ceramic. Non-toxic, Non HAP.  Methods: Bench-top ultrasonic      cleaner, In-line/batch Ultrasonic cleaning system.
2. FluxKleen SA131 (Ready use). An Economic (semi-aqueous) flux remover, to remove fluxes ( RA, RMA & No-clean-Lead or unlead) on PCB, PWB, Hybrids, power modules, ceramic. Non-toxic, Non HAP.  Methods: Bench-top ultrasonic cleaner, In-line/batch Ultrasonic cleaning system
3. PasteKleen SB121 (Recommended).  Semi-aqueous solder paste remover, to remove solder paste (RA, RMA. N0-clean, water base-lead 0r unlead) on PCB, PWB, stencils, misprints. Non-toxic, Non HAP.  Methods: manual wipe by wiper/cloths. Stencils by wiping or stencil cleaning system.
4. FluxKleen Remover 241.  Solvent base flux remover, to remove fluxes (RA, RMA. N0-clean, water base-lead 0r unlead) on PCB, PWB, power modules, ceramic. Methods:manual wipe by wiper, cotton stick, bench-top ultrasonic cleaner
5. Solder Paste Remover HG241.  Hydrocarbon base solder, to remove solder paste (RA, RMA. N0-clean, Lead or unlead) on PCB, PWB, stencils, misprints.  Methods: manual wipe by wiper/cloth, Stencil Ultrasonic Cleaner
6. PalletKleen 261.  Aqueous base flux remover for wave soldering pallet, to remove fluxes residues (RA, RMA, No-clean, water soluble, lead or unlead).  Methods: Manual dip tank, bench-top Ultrasonic cleaner. In-line/batch Ultrasonic cleaning system
7. Reflow Oven Cleaner 151.  Aqueous base oven cleaner to remove all type of flux resides on Reflow Oven.  Methods: Manual spray and wipe
8. Debonder DB.  To remove CA type of adhesive (e.g. Loctite).  Methods: Manual, apply on CA adhesive and clean with cotton buds
9. Epoxy Remover ER531.  Dipolar aprotic base to remove amine-cured epoxy.  Methods:Manual soaking or bench-top ultrasonic cleaner
10. Polyurethane Remover UR611.  Dipolar aprotic base to remove polyurethane.  Methods: Manual soaking or bench-top ultrasonic cleaner
11. Ema ultrasonic cleaner (From Germany).  Bench-top ultrasonic cleaner with a volume of 1.75 to 28 liters. It come out with a timer of 0-30 minutes or permanent operation of 12 hours. Temperature setting of between 30 to 90 degree C.
12. Stencil cleaning system.  Manual, Semi/fully-automatic with transparent system and custom-design.
13. Ultrasonic Vapour Degreaser.  Semi/full-automatic with transport system and custom-design.
