LOCTITE 567 Thread Sealant (Pipe Sealant with PTFE)

LOCTITE 567 is a white, off-white, low-strength, thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant. It cures in the absence of air and through contact with metal, when sealed with threads up to M80/R3. It is best suited for use on coarse metal threads and its release torque is 1.7Nm. The viscosity of the product is 280,000 800,000 mPas and the operating temperature is -55 to +150C. UL approved.

How to use:
– Pre-application: Make sure the pipe thread is clean and not oily
– Usage: Pour glue on the surface of the pipe thread (male) 1 full circle
– Disassembly: Use a pipe wrench and heat if necessary

Storage method:
Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight
